A view of our future. Our future on our current disastrous path. A disastrous future that could have been and can still be avoided. If we have the will. The will we do not yet have. The will we may never have.

I start this thought piece with a direct and unequivocal challenge to all humans who are being selfish. Being selfish, shortsighted, and stupid. *

Be honest with ourselves. Every one of us, to some greater or lesser degree, is selfish. Is selfish, shortsighted, and stupid.

The direct and unequivocal challenge? Simple. Stop being selfish. Stop being selfish, shortsighted, and stupid!
